If you wish to transform your 3D model into a wax pattern, you can place an order to have it 3D printed. All parts are manufactured according to the specifications you provide. You will have the opportunity to select the preferred technology / material when placing your order. Information regarding our available materials and printing technologies can be found on the main page of our website.

If your model is found to be unmanufacturable or contains features that could lead to unsatisfactory 3D printing results, we will contact you to suggest any necessary modifications. If the required changes are not possible, we may have to reject the model. Most files require some degree of adjustment, which is typically done free of charge. However, models that need extensive modifications may incur additional costs. If this is the case, you will always be informed in advance.

To use our services, you must be at least eighteen years old. If you are under 18, please involve a parent or guardian. It is essential that you provide accurate contact information and other necessary details during the ordering and billing process.

There may be technical or other reasons why we must cancel your order, even after acceptance. In this case we will contact you immediately via email. 

3DWAX reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice; however, such changes will not affect orders completed before a price adjustment. While we strive to avoid pricing errors, if such an error occurs, we are not bound by our offer and may cancel the order. Payment must be made in full before printing commences, unless agreed otherwise.

We do not print any functioning weapons or weapon components. Any attempt to conceal or disguise weapon parts as other items will remain the responsibility of the individual(s) who uploaded the files. Such individuals will be held liable for any resulting legal actions.

Upon receipt of your order, we will send an order confirmation to your email address. If we cannot accept your order, we will contact you by email. Please ensure your contact details are correct. If you notice an error in your contact details or wish to cancel or amend your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Lead times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Rare or unpredictable issues, such as machine failure or power cuts, may result in delays. Orders will be delivered to your specified shipping address or made available for collection. We are not liable for incorrect shipping addresses, and no refunds will be issued if incorrect shipping information is provided.

We are not responsible for the performance or suitability of your design unless the item we provide is substantially dimensionally different from the file you supplied. Parts are guaranteed with a minimum wall thickness of 1 mm. While we can print items with thinner walls, this is at your own risk. If such parts break during handling, delivery, or cleaning, they will not be covered or reprinted free of charge. Although we do our best to review every model, thinner parts may occasionally be overlooked. We cannot be held responsible if these are missed and subsequently result in failure or breakage.

If you wish to place a production run but require a sample first, we can offer a refund on the sample order once the main order is placed. Only one sample refund is permitted per order, and eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis, depending on the sample or order value.

Any issues or complaints must be raised within 3 days of receiving your order, as indicated by the dispatch tracking number. Failure to do so will forfeit any rights to reprints or refunds.

You, as the customer, represent and warrant to 3DWAX that all text, graphics, images, designs, trademarks, or other materials provided or disclosed to 3DWAX are your property or that you have permission from the rightful owner to use them. 3DWAX will notify the appropriate authorities if it becomes aware of any illegal images. Any products produced by 3DWAX using customer-supplied materials that infringe on third-party intellectual property rights will remain the customer’s responsibility. The customer agrees to indemnify 3DWAX against any loss, damage, claims, or expenses that may arise from such infringement.

All goods or services supplied by 3DWAX remain our property until payment is made in full. However, the intellectual property rights of the files remain with the customer. 3DWAX shall not be liable for any loss of business, opportunity, profits, goodwill, or any other indirect or consequential damages. This applies even if such losses were foreseeable, or 3DWAX had been made aware of the potential for such loss.
