At our 3D Service Bureau, we are committed to providing high-quality 3D printing services alongside reliable and efficient shipping. This shipping policy outlines the procedures, timeframes, and conditions under which we dispatch and deliver 3D printed items to our clients.

Shipping Methods

Standard Delivery: Orders are shipped via reputable courier services (e.g. DPD, An Post, DHL) with tracking provided. Standard delivery within Ireland and the UK usually takes 1–3 working days after dispatch.

Express Delivery: For urgent requirements, express shipping options are available at an additional cost. Express deliveries typically arrive within 1 working day after dispatch, subject to courier availability.

International Shipping: We offer international shipping to most countries. Delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 5–10 working days. Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of the order. The total shipping fee will be displayed at checkout. For bulk or oversized items, additional charges may apply; we will provide a detailed quote before proceeding.

Tracking and Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please use this information to monitor the status of your delivery. If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch notification, please contact our customer support team.

Packaging

All 3D printed items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. We use protective materials and sealed packaging to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

Delivery Issues

Delayed Deliveries: While we strive to meet all delivery timelines, delays may occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier disruptions, adverse weather, or customs clearance). We will keep you informed of any significant delays.

Damaged or Lost Packages: If your package arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please notify us within 3 working days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, arrange a replacement or refund.

Click & Collect

Customers may opt for a Click & Collect service. Once your order is ready, we will notify you to arrange a suitable collection time at our premises.
